Canterbury Police are appealing for witnesses following a crash in Hei Hei last month that left a pedestrian seriously injured.
The incident occurred at approximately 4.15pm on Saturday 12 April at the intersection of Buchanans Road and Carmen Road, where a vehicle collided with a pedestrian.
Police said the victim suffered serious injuries, which are not believed to be life-threatening.
They are seeking information from anyone who may have seen the crash, or a dark-coloured Mazda people mover in the Hei Hei area between 4pm and 4.30pm that day.
Following the collision, the vehicle was seen heading towards Christchurch Airport along Carmen Road, and was last sighted turning into Roydvale Avenue from Memorial Avenue around 4.25pm.
