A person injured in a crash in Russley is expected to make a full recovery, following a serious two-car crash in Russley.

Emergency services were called to Yaldhurst Road near Cutts Road at about 5.30PM.

One vehicle was in the middle of the road, badly damaged, while another car appears to have crashed into a property.

One person was trapped in their vehicle.

A police spokesperson said “two vehicles collided, and one of the drivers was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

A family member of the injured person told Chris Lynch Media “the driver of the Maroon car was doing okay, and was expected to make a full recovery.”

Fire and Emergency crews were at the scene along with two St John ambulances.
