Christchurch police are asking for the public’s help to identify a man who may be able to assist with enquiries following an incident on New Brighton Pier.
The incident occurred at around 3.40pm on Saturday 14 June.

Police have released a photo of the man, who was seen wearing a distinctive hat and riding a bicycle.
