Christchurch police have released images of the car they believe was involved in an ATM theft on Linwood.
Thieves broke into the ATM on Stanmore Road on Sunday 14th of May stealing a “large sum of money.”
Police won’t say how the theft actually took place.
However, they’re appealing for information and sightings of a vehicle that they believe can assist their inquiries.
Police are asking anyone who sighted a light blue, four door, 2009-2013 Toyota Corolla Hatchback in the area at the time to contact police.

A spokesperson said “if you have any information or are able to assist police locating those responsible, please contact 105 or via https://www.police.govt.nz/use-105 using ‘update report’. In both cases, reference file number 230514/8867.
