A cyclist has been seriously injured following a crash in Linwood this afternoon.

A police spokesperson said the crash, which involved a vehicle and a cyclist, occurred just before 4pm near the intersection of Kerrs Road and Woodham Road.

“Kerrs Road, Linwood is currently closed following a crash,” the spokesperson said.

Emergency services are at the scene, and motorists are advised to avoid the area and expect delays while the incident is being cleared.

The circumstances of the crash are under investigation.
