A Christchurch MyLotto player has claimed the massive $20.25 million prize from Saturday night’s Powerball draw.

Lotto NZ said the winner come forward on Monday.

The total includes the $20 million Powerball jackpot and a $250,000 share of Lotto First Division.

The winning ticket was bought online and matched the numbers 19, 21, 11, 35, 6 and 33, with the bonus ball 27 and the Powerball 3.

Three other players also won $250,000 in Lotto First Division. Those tickets were sold at Woolworths Mt Eden in Auckland and on MyLotto to players in Taupō and Waikato.

This is the 13th Powerball multi-millionaire of the year. The largest win so far in 2025 was $23.3 million, claimed in April by a MyLotto player in the upper North Island.
