Another Lyttelton Port Company Board Director quits

Another Lyttelton Port Company Board Director has quit.

In a statement released on Friday, the company said “Fiona Mules will be resigning from the board for personal reasons, effective immediately.”

It said “Fiona joined the board in 2019 and was Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.

It follows the sudden resignations of Chief Executive Kirstie Gardener, Board chairperson Margaret Devlin and director Don Elder had stepped down.

Fiona Mules has quite LPC as a director

Fiona is a former Director of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand and Kiwirail Holdings Limited, and is a current Director of Rural Livestock Limited.

She is also currently a Member of the Southern Response Earthquake Services Independent Oversight Committee, and the Department of Internal Affairs Three Waters National Transition Unit Board.
