In a wide ranging interview, Police Minister Ginny Anderson spoke to Chris Lynch about the increase in youth crime across Christchurch, which has plagued the city for months.

The minister said there was appropriate wraparound support for the children who were committing ram raids and overall youth crime across New Zealand was actually decreasing.
