A vape store in Kaiapoi was targeted in what’s believed to have been a smash-and-grab incident.

A police spokeswoman told Chris Lynch Media police received a report of a burglary at commercial premises on Williams Street at 3.15 AM

Police were working to ascertain what was taken and identify and locate the offenders.

It’s understood youth offenders were involved. Police attended the scene later this morning.
