Shoppers at 100% Home Rangiora could win from a pool of giveaways worth up to $15,000, as the North Canterbury store unveils a fresh look and an expanded range.

Customers who mention “Chris Lynch” when they buy, at the counter or in the special instructions field online, go into the draw for one of 30 prizes.

The draw covers purchases from 1 November until 5pm on 31 January 2027. Terms and conditions apply.

The locally owned and operated store on Flaxton Road has become a one stop shop for home appliances, furniture, technology, television and audio, stocking all the major brands available in New Zealand.

Its range runs from fridges, ovens and cooktops to small appliances, vacuum cleaners, outdoor equipment, drones and security cameras.

Director Paul Prasenjit said the store gave North Canterbury another place to shop for appliances and technology, outside the big corporates.

“If you want a deal or have a quote from any of our competitors, please run it past us. We may be able to do better,” he said.

The store is part of the 100% group, which has 44 other stores around the country, and Prasenjit said that buying power kept its prices competitive.

AA members get an extra 5 percent off on top of any current promotion.

Christchurch shoppers who would rather not make the drive can order online or over the phone and collect for free from 45 Carmen Road in Hornby, with items that are in stock transferred within 48 hours.

Customers can also shop online at any hour at 100percent.co.nz.

The team delivers as far as Diamond Harbour and Culverden, installs new appliances and takes away old ones. Its tech services cover setting up TVs and technology, mounting TVs on walls and installing ovens.

It is open seven days, except Christmas Day, Good Friday and Easter Sunday. It has plenty of free parking, and it’s 30 seconds’ drive from Pak’nSave and BP Rangiora.

“If others say no to something, we will try our best to say yes and make it happen for you,” Prasenjit said.
