Emergency services have rescued a paraglider who crashed into the side of a cliff in Redcliffs.

A police spokeswoman said police were notified at 10.10am that a paraglider had been “picked up by the wind” and landed partway down a cliff.

At 11.57am, the paraglider was retrieved and was transported to hospital with moderate injuries.
