A person has died following a crash at Mike Pero Motorsport Park this morning.

Emergency services were alerted to the crash at 10.40am

The vehicle crashed at high speed.

A police spokesperson said enquiries into the circumstances of the crash are under way and WorkSafe has been notified.

The Pegasus Bay Drag Racing Club said after a serious incident at the track this morning today’s race meeting has been cancelled.
