Emergency services were called to the scene of a crash involving a motorcyclist and pedestrian in Mt Pleasant tonight.

A police spokeswoman said they were notified of the crash at 5:40pm.

A Fire and Emergency crew was called, along with St John Ambulance.

The brother of the motorcyclist told Chris Lynch both the biker and pedestrian are all ok “nothing more than a few scratches.”

“The pedestrian walked out onto the road thinking he had more time than he actually had – luckily my brother (the motorcyclist) was driving slow.

“Just an accident thankfully everybody is ok.”

A St John Ambulance spokeswoman said no one required hospital treatment.
