Canterbury police are continuing to investigate two separate ‘unexplained deaths.’

Police were called to an Oxford property in North Canterbury on Monday morning following the death of an infant.

On Tuesday morning, they attended another unexplained death on Linwood Avenue.

A police spokeswoman told ChrisLynchMedia.com that they were still investigating the deaths, which continued to be described as unexplained.

Meanwhile, a post-mortem examination on the infant was carried out yesterday, the police spokeswoman said.
