Twelve players have taken home a share of last night’s Lotto Second Division, including one from perhaps the luckiest shop in Christchurch – Hornby Mall Lotto.

The players from all over the country, four of them from the South Island, each won $17,786.

One lucky player also won Powerball Second Division, taking their total winnings to $30,878.

The winning Powerball Second Division ticket was sold on MyLotto to a player from Auckland.

The South Island winners purchased their tickets from Pak N Save Wainoni, Fresh Choice Leeston, Hornby Mall Lotto, and a Timaru player on MyLotto.
