One person has died following a crash on Barrington Street.

The crash happened near the intersection with Bewdley Street. 

A car hit a lamppost about 7:20pm. 

It’s thought the driver suffered a medical event.

The Serious Crash Unit have been advised.

Motorists are asked to avoid the area.
