Two people have been injured, including one seriously in an early morning scooter crash in central Christchurch.
A police spokesman told Chris Lynch Media officers saw the crash involving an electric scooter at the intersection of Bealey Avenue and Manchester Street just before 4AM Friday.
A St John spokesperson said three emergency vehicles responded.
Two patients were transported to Christchurch hospital, one in a serious condition and the other in a moderate condition.
