A pedestrian has died following a crash in Alexandra at the weekend.

Police said emergency services were called to Killarney Street at about 4pm on Saturday 19 September after a vehicle collided with a pedestrian on a driveway.

The pedestrian was taken to hospital but died the following day, Sunday 20 September.

Police said support was being provided to the person’s loved ones.

Enquiries into the circumstances of the crash are ongoing.
