I’ve got to be honest with you, I’ve become a bit obsessed with Coupland’s Dinner Rolls 6pk. They look simple, but don’t let that fool you. Soft, fluffy, and just the right size, they’ve ended up sneaking into more of my meals than I’d like to admit.
The other night I had them on the side with a big bowl of homemade soup, and they were perfect dunkers, no spoon needed.
Over the weekend I fired up the BBQ, and they were right there next to the sausages and steak, soaking up all the flavour.
And then there’s my favourite way to use them, mopping up the last of a rich casserole gravy.
Absolutely nothing gets left behind on the plate.
Coupland’s even sent me a recipe for pulled pork sliders using these rolls (you can grab it here). I gave it a go, and wow.
The rolls held everything together without crumbling, and that buttery texture just pushed the whole thing over the top.
If you’ve been walking past these in store, seriously, stop. Next time you’re at Coupland’s, throw a pack in your basket. Whether it’s a Sunday lunch, a weeknight dinner, or a backyard BBQ, they’ll turn an ordinary meal into something that feels a bit special.
