A person has been seriously injured following a vehicle-related incident on Red Rock Lane in Moncks Bay this morning.
St John Ambulance confirmed they were notified of the incident at 11:08am and responded with one ambulance, a rapid response unit, and an operations manager.
The patient, who sustained serious injuries, is being transported to Christchurch Hospital for treatment.
Police said they were alerted to the incident around 11:15am and confirmed the person was injured by a vehicle.
Investigations into the circumstances are ongoing.
