One person has died following a two-vehicle crash on State Highway 8 this morning.

Emergency services were called to the scene between Roxburgh and Millers Flat at approximately 11:15am.

Upon arrival, police confirmed that one person had died at the scene.

No other injuries have been reported in connection with the incident.

The highway is currently closed as the Serious Crash Unit carries out a scene examination. Authorities have advised motorists to expect delays and follow posted diversions.
