A person has died following a single-vehicle crash on State Highway 1 near Seddon on Wednesday night.

Emergency services were called to the scene around 9.30pm.

A police spokesperson said the driver, who was the only person in the vehicle, died at the scene.

“Enquiries into the circumstances of the crash are under way,” the spokesperson said.
