Emergency Services are at the scene of a crash involving two cars in Woodend.

Police received the call to the crash on the corner of Panckhurst Drive and Simon Place just after 1pm.

A St John Ambulance spokeswoman said one patient is being transported to Christchurch Hospital in a moderate condition.

Another patient has minor injuries.
