Police have named the woman who died in a crash involving an e-scooter in Linwood.

She was Kathryn Ruth Fraser, aged 57, from Christchurch.

Kathryn died when the e-scooter she was on collided with a van at the intersection of Avonside Drive and Linwood Avenue in Christchurch on 30 August.

In a statement, police said “our thoughts are with her family and loved ones.

Enquiries into the circumstances of the crash are ongoing.”
