Quake rattles parts of the South Island’s West Coast

A Magnitude: 4.6 has shaken parts of the South Island’s West Coast tonight.

It struck a 10.10PM at a depth of just 5 kilometres.

It was centred 50 Km south of Hokitika.

GeoNet recorded just over 450 people feeling the quake.

There have been no immediate reports of any damage.
