Emergency services are at the scene of a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Greers Road and Sealy Place.

A police spokesman told one of the vehicles hit a house, and a power pole has also been damaged.

The accident happened at 12.20PM.

There will be some disruption to traffic while emergency services work at the scene the police spokesman said.

“Police are making enquiries to establish what caused the crash.”

A St John spokeswoman said they responded a manager, an ambulance, and one rapid response unit.

“Our crews assessed and treated four patients in a moderate condition, and two patients in a minor condition.

One of the patients in a moderate was transported to Christchurch hospital” the St John spokeswoman said.
