Police have arrested a woman after a man was attacked on Lincoln Road.

A police spokeswoman said police received a report of a man who was assaulted outside an address on Lincoln Road shortly after 10am.

She said he was transported to hospital with moderate injuries.

A woman has been arrested and is speaking to Police.

The police spokeswoman said the circumstances of the assault are still being investigated.

It’s understood the attack took place near the 2 Degrees building on Lincoln Road.
