The owner of a Hornby liquor store has been left furious after young offenders smashed their way into his business in the early hours of this morning.

Supplied
At 4.15AM, offenders forced entry into the Black Bull Liquor store at Hornby Hub causing thousands of dollars in damage and stealing multiple items.
The owner said he watched the crime unfold on security cameras as the group smashed their way through the store with a hammer, grabbing anything they could carry, including the till. He said he believed a well known young female offender was involved and called on the Government to impose tougher consequences.

This keeps happening and nothing changes he said. The store has been targeted before, with a similar incident reported just over a year ago.
