A free event aimed at landlords and property investors is being held in Christchurch this evening, with organisers promising guest speakers, market updates and a prize draw.

Property Investing Unpacked is being run by Ray White New Era Property Management at Chateau on the Park in Riccarton.

The event runs from 5.30pm to 7.30pm on Thursday 25 June in The Great Hall at 189 Deans Avenue.

Organisers said the evening was designed for experienced investors, new landlords and anyone wanting to stay informed about the market, with advice and strategies on offer from several guest speakers.

Attendees go into a draw to win a Gree Kingfisher high wall inverter heat pump system, supplied and installed by BDF Electrical, along with other prizes on the night.

The event is free but organisers said tickets were limited.
