One person has died following a serious crash in Hornby earlier this afternoon.

Emergency services were called to the crash involving a truck and a cyclist in Hornby around 5.30pm on Friday.

The Serious Crash Unit will be examining the scene.

Traffic delays are expected and motorists are advised to avoid the area.
