Emergency services are at the scene of a crash on the Carlton Mill Corner in Merivale.

A police spokeswoman told Chris Lynch police were alerted to the crash involving a car, truck and power pole.

Emergency services were called at 11:36.

The road is reported to be blocked.

Fire and Emergency, police and St John Ambulance crews are at the scene.

At least one person has suffered minor injuries.
