A car has rolled upside down on Governors Bay Road this evening.

A police spokeswoman says emergency services have responded to a single vehicle collision in Rapaki.

Police were alerted at 9.10pm.

She says the car has rolled onto its roof.

The police spokeswoman says the occupant is out of the vehicle.

It’s understood the car is a Mazda Mx5.

Emergency services have closed the road.

One person has minor injuries and is being transported to hospital by ambulance.
