The Christchurch Bus Interchange has been added to the list of locations of interest in Christchurch following confirmation of two cases.

Bus 5 Fleet 5471 Bus Interchange (Platform A) to Eastgate Mall (Buckleys Rd) is the location of interest.

The Ministry of Health said if people were there on Saturday 13th November between 3pm and 3.30pm, they should “self-monitor for COVID-19 symptoms for 10 days after you were exposed at this location of interest.”

“If symptoms develop, get a test and stay at home until you get a negative test result AND until 24 hours after symptoms resolve.”

Eastgate Mall and the Countdown supermarket attached the mall are also locations of interest.

When Chris Lynch Media visited the mall on Thursday afternoon it was busy with most people wearing masks.
