Emergency services are at the scene of a serious crash in Kirwee.
The collision, involving a milk tanker and a ute, was reported just after 8am.
It happened on State Highway 73, west of Ansons Road.
A police spokesperson told chrislynchmedia.com the Serious Crash Unit have been advised and the road is expected to remain closed for some time, while emergency services work at the scene.
Chris Lynch Media understands one person is trapped, and Fire and Emergency crews have been called to extinguish a fire on the truck.
A St John spokesman said, “We’re currently on scene with one first response unit and one ambulance, and have several other units on the way, including a helicopter.”
