SPCA is investigating a serious animal cruelty complaint following a central city incident.

A spokeswoman said witnesses have described seeing a man kicking a dog which went on for several minutes.

The incident that happened on Wednesday the 24th May 2023 at approximately 5pm on Barbadoes Street between Bealey Avenue and Canon Street.
