Police were called to Taylors Mistake late on Friday night after a person was involved in a water-related incident.

Chris Lynch Media understands the person made to shore.

Fire and Emergency crew were called the scene along with St John Ambulance.

A police spokesperson said the person was taken through to hospital in a serious condition.
