Winter escape for 2 in Akaroa competition terms and conditions

1. The competition is operated by La Rochelle Motel.
2. Chris Lynch Media is promoting the competition on behalf of La Rochelle Motel.
3. Entry to the competition is through the Chris Lynch Instagram page only.
4. The competition may also be promoted on the Chris Lynch Facebook page, but Facebook comments, likes, shares, or messages do not count as valid entries.
5. Entry into the competition confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
6. The prize is a winter escape for 2 people in Akaroa, valued at about $1200.
7. The prize includes 2 nights accommodation in an apartment at La Rochelle Motel, valued at $580.
8. The prize includes brunch for 2 people on Saturday and Sunday mornings, and dinner for 2 people on Friday and Saturday nights at The Common, valued at $250. Alcohol is not included.
9. The prize includes an Akaroa Dolphins experience for 2 people, valued at $260.
10. The prize includes a dried floral arrangement from Nuku Manaaki and floral design, valued at $100.
11. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
12. Travel to and from Akaroa is not included, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
13. The prize is subject to availability and must be used during winter, on dates agreed with La Rochelle Motel and participating businesses.
14. La Rochelle Motel and participating businesses reserve the right to change available dates, substitute components of the prize, or provide an alternative of similar value if required due to availability, weather, operational reasons, or circumstances beyond their control.
15. Any additional costs, including transport, spending money, extra meals, drinks, activities, upgrades, or personal expenses, are the responsibility of the winner.
16. Chris Lynch Media will select the winner.
17. The winner may be contacted through Instagram and must respond within a reasonable timeframe to claim the prize.
18. Chris Lynch Media accepts no responsibility or liability for the operation of the competition, the provision of the prize, any changes to the prize, or any loss, damage, injury, delay, cancellation, change, or disappointment connected with the prize or the winner’s use of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
