Police have released the name of the man who died following a single-vehicle crash in Rolleston earlier this month.

Emergency services were called to the crash, at the intersection of Jones Road and Curraghs Road, just after 7.45am on Monday, 5 January.

The vehicle had collided with a tree.

The man who died has now been named as 22-year-old Connor Cossey, from Rolleston.

Police have extended their sympathies to Connor’s family and loved ones at this difficult time.
