Police are continuing the search for missing 17-year-old Marley, who has not been seen since the afternoon of Friday 26 September in Scarborough.

Detective Senior Sergeant Jo Carolan said a helicopter would be used to assist with search efforts.

“Today we are conducting an aerial search of the coastline between Sumner and Godley Head,” Carolan said. “LandSAR will also conduct a further search of an area near Taylors Mistake on Wednesday.”

Residents in Scarborough and Sumner can expect to see an increased police presence in the area as the searches continue.
