Christchurch police are investigating an attempted ram-raid of a store in Redwood.

A police spokeswoman told chrislynchmedia.com at around 1.30am on Saturday, a vehicle reversed into the store front on Main North Road.

The offenders tried to take a Bitcoin ATM, but failed.

Enquiries are under way to identify and locate the offenders, the spokeswoman said.
