Christmas won’t be the same for a Carl Seaward. His beloved wife Maureen Seaward has died after a long battle with Motor Neurone Disease.

Carl and Maureen spent hundreds of hours developing and created the city’s much loved animated light show at their rural property on Shands Road near Prebbleton.

In a heat breaking post on Facebook Carl wrote “Christmas is not going to be the same again.”

“Chook passed away yesterday after so many years of living with Motor Neurone Disease.“

“She loved being able to share her Christmas with so many people. Seeing children and adults alike enjoying the experience. I know she will be missed by so many people who loved seeing her smile.”
