Up to 20 pieces of information in Aranui Homicide


Up to 20 pieces of information have been received by police from the public in relation to the homicide in Aranui.

The body of a 38 year old man was found lying on Carisbrooke Street on Thursday at 2.28AM.

Police were called after neighbours hear disturbances in the street.

 


Detective Inspector Nicola Reeves said in a statement, in addition to the information released yesterday, the white Toyota Crown vehicle they have appealed for sightings of has a sunroof making it quite distinctive.

Yesterday Reeves was a number of police officers were in the street speaking to the residents.

“If you have any CCTV footage, we would be interested in seeing that as well.”

Anyone with information that may assist is asked to contact Police by calling 105, referencing ‘Operation Walter’ or file number 240104/2142.
