Armed police have spent much of Thursday morning at an operation in Rangiora.

Video footage sent to Chris Lynch Media showed a police car up the driveway of what’s believed to be a residential address.

Multiple police units lined Northbrook Road, with armed police officers nearby just after 9AM.

Police have been asked to comment on the incident.
