Microsoft cloud outage hits users around the world

Microsoft is investigating issues with several of its products, including Teams and Outlook.

The U.S. technology giant said that users may not be able to access multiple Microsoft 365 services.

Microsoft confirmed that users may be unable to access multiple Microsoft 365 services.

“We've received reports that the following services are impacted: Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, Outlook, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Microsoft Graph.

Microsoft did not disclose the number of users affected by the disruption, but data from outage tracking website Downdetector showed thousands of incidents distributed across continents.

The Downdetector site tracks outages by collating status reports from sources including user-submitted errors on its platform.
